Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Client Management
Prospect new overseas clients via B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba International), industry exhibitions (e.g., SEMA Show), social media outreach, and agent partnerships.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and enhance repurchase rates and satisfaction.
Independently manage the full sales cycle from inquiry handling, technical solution matching, quotation negotiation, to contract closure.
Sales Target Achievement
Develop regional sales strategies to meet annual personal and team sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to provide insights for product optimization and pricing strategies.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Technical and Production teams to customize exhaust system solutions for clients.
Coordinate with order tracking and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve post-sales issues.
Industry Expertise
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of exhaust system specifications (e.g., materials, emission standards, sound wave design) to articulate product value.
Attend international automotive trade shows to expand industry networks and boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of international sales experience; prior background in automotive parts (exhaust systems/engine components) is preferred.
Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent); proficiency in German/Spanish/Arabic is a plus.
Expertise in international trade processes (L/C, T/T), cross-border e-commerce, and CRM systems.
Core Competencies
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to independently secure multimillion-dollar projects.
Familiarity with international automotive aftermarket standards; passion for automotive modification/racing culture is preferred.
Adaptability to frequent international travel and cross-cultural communication; resilience under pressure.
